A Rationale for Alliancing within a PPP

The paper for the upcoming 08:23 is a ‘work in progress’ one based on a case study of a rare, if not unique, Australian infrastructure project. The uniqueness lies in the procurement strategy where a project alliance (PA) was undertaken within a public private partnership (PPP) project delivery approach.
